Once = एक पटक​
कुनै कार्य एक पटक मात्र गरिएको छ भने त्यसलाई 'once' ले दर्शाइन्छ​.
Eg: I have seen her once = मैले उसलाई एक पटक देखेको छु
'म उसलाई दिनमा एक पटक फोन गर्छु.' को अंग्रेजिमा अनुवाद छनौट गर्नुहोस्

Twice = दुई पटक
यदि कुनै कार्य दुई पटक गरिन्छ भने त्यस्लाई 'twice' ले दर्शाइन्छ​. Twice लाई two times पनि भनिन्छ​.
Eg: I bathe twice a day = म दिनमा दुई पटक नुहाउछु.
'मेरो हप्तामा दुई पटक अंग्रेजीको क्लास हुन्छ​.' को अंग्रेजिमा अनुवाद छनौट गर्नुहोस्.;

Thrice = तीन पटक
यदि कुनै कार्य तीन पटक गरिन्छ भने त्यस्लाई 'Thrice ले दर्शाइन्छ​. ' 'Thrice' लाई 'three times' पनि भनिन्छ.
Eg: Thrice a day = दिनमा तीन पटक.
'मेरी आमा दिनमा तीन पटक खाना पकाउनु हुन्छ​.' को अंग्रेजिमा अनुवाद छनौट गर्नुहोस्.;
